job responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional areas, and formulate, participate in or assist the upper level in implementing relevant policies and systems;
2, responsible for the daily management work and subordinate staff management, guidance, training and evaluation;
3. Establish and optimize the operation process and management system of the company's trading business.
4. Formulate the work objectives and work plans of the company's trade business and lead the implementation; Independently formulate corresponding sales strategies, market expansion plans and sales channels to achieve key performance indicators;
5. Collect and sort out relevant market development trends, demand changes and customer feedback data information;
6. Put forward suggestions for improvement of the company's products and services according to customer needs and market changes;
7. Lead the team to complete the foreign trade sales task. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

 

Requirements for appointment

1. English has strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and is proficient in operating computer office software;
2. Priority is given to at least 5 years of foreign trade work experience, including at least 3 years of foreign trade sales management experience;
3. Be familiar with various processes of trade work and relevant laws and regulations, and be familiar with trade terms, logistics, customs declaration and tax knowledge;
4, have strong management, communication, problem-solving ability and good negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance.
5. Strong international business ability, courage to challenge, ability to lead the team, and ability to provide business support to subordinate business personnel.
6, have team building ability, strong communication ability.
