job responsibilities
1, responsible for and good at the overall operation of the company's marketing projects, combing the operation management process, to ensure the smooth development of the project;
2, responsible for the sales team's business data analysis, daily data monitoring, output of regular reports;
3. Be responsible for market operation data analysis, timely and effective follow-up research on analysis results, and optimize project business policies;
4. Assist the sales team to carry out process index monitoring and dismantling performance targets, and implement and promote the transformation and promotion of business sales;
5. Optimize the operation process mechanism and continuously improve the sales operation efficiency through systematic solutions;
6. Assist in optimizing the cooperation process between the business and relevant departments and improve the efficiency of work docking and communication;
7. Problem handling, sales opportunity sorting and broadcasting, marketing promotion, and assisting the company to achieve sales targets;
8. Other work arranged by leaders.
Requirements for appointment
1. Bachelor degree or above, 8 years or above working experience in sales and operation. Experience in overseas medical device sales is preferred;
2, strong analysis and judgment, data statistics ability, proficient in Office software and Office information system;
3. Strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership, interpersonal skills and keen insight;
4, with strong judgment and decision-making ability, planning and execution ability and the ability to solve complex problems, can independently or support the team to complete the operation management analysis work;
5, integrity, steadfast, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous thinking, can withstand strong work pressure, have a good sense of service.
