job responsibilities

1, according to the department plan, assist the manager to formulate the work plan and business development plan of warehousing logistics;
2. Implement and improve the rules and regulations of logistics and storage, and standardize the operation standards and procedures;
3, organize warehouse inventory work, ensure that accounts, cards, things are consistent, regular assessment of warehouse management personnel;
4. Be responsible for daily storage management, including receiving and dispatching, storage, distribution and 5S management;
5, management department fixed assets, appliance maintenance, management to ensure that the number of appliances in good condition and accurate; Such as forklifts, bins, etc.
6. Optimize warehouse layout, improve visual management, and ensure first-in, first-out and traceability management;
7. Waste management and treatment.
8. Communication and coordination with relevant personnel within the department and other departments.

Requirements for appointment

1, 3 years or above working experience in logistics and warehousing, including 3 years or above working experience in warehouse and logistics supervisor;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or related.

3, familiar with procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse management;
4, familiar with the use of computer office application software (EXCEL,PPT, etc.), familiar with ERP system operation;
5, have good communication and coordination ability, foreign-funded industry management experience is preferred.
