1, establish and improve the recruitment and labor relations management system, supervise the subsidiary to establish and improve the human resources management system;
2. Analyze the market and industry talent situation to provide effective information support for the company's talent development;
3, according to the company's strategic objectives, formulate talent demand planning, establish and develop a variety of recruitment channels, promote talent recruitment and selection work;
4. Actively contact internal core talents and build a database of core talents and a pool of potential candidates;
5, according to the needs of the center's work, complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

 


Requirements for appointment



1, human resources management, business administration and other related majors full-time bachelor degree or above;
2, with more than 7 years of human resources management experience in large enterprises or group headquarters, more than 5 years of enterprise recruitment experience;
3, master the human resources consulting industry resources, have a certain financial industry talent reserve;
4, familiar with interview skills, can quickly and accurately understand the needs, independent interview and selection;
5, love human resources work, have a strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.
