job responsibilities

(1) Responsible for the development of new products and new suppliers, supplier maintenance and evaluation, and optimization of the supply chain system;

(2) Responsible for the coordination and communication of inquiry, price comparison, delivery date and payment method of purchased products;

(3) Responsible for product inspection, problem coordination and customer complaint handling;

(4) Responsible for the formulation of product technical data;

(5) Responsible for product standard collection, product testing and certificate application;

(6) Responsible for sorting out and counting relevant data of the department;

(7) Responsible for collecting fluctuations in market raw materials and actively and effectively coordinating and communicating;

(8) Assist management representatives to implement quality management system audit activities, track the normal operation of the quality management system, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the improvement and perfection of the quality management system;

(9) Other matters assigned by department leaders.

Requirements for appointment

(1) Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years relevant working experience.

(2) familiar with PPE industry related knowledge and ISO quality management system;

(3) Familiar with supplier development experience and knowledge;

(4) Understand basic procurement knowledge and be familiar with communication and negotiation skills, and have strong communication, coordination and promotion capabilities;

(5) Familiar with product inspection workflow;

(6) Strong sense of responsibility, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong communication and coordination ability and team spirit, positive and optimistic working attitude.
